Monteliusvägen is a 500-metre walking path along the Södermalm cliffs with what is, by consensus, the best skyline view in Stockholm — City Hall, Riddarholmen, Gamla Stan, the water all in one frame. Best at sunset, especially in late spring and summer when the sky goes salmon-pink behind the spires. Bring a takeaway coffee from Snickarbacken 7 or Drop Coffee Roasters and find a bench.
